Booking Information
These photography packages and pricing in Port Orange are designed to be straightforward — here’s how booking works. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day of the session. I accept Venmo, PayPal, and cash. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice — life happens, and I’ll work with you to find a new date. If weather forces a reschedule on an outdoor session, we’ll move the date at no charge.

Can I add more images to my package?
Yes — all photography packages and pricing in Port Orange include a set number of edited images, but you can add more for $10 per image if you want additional selects from your session.
What does “print release” mean?
A print release means you have the right to print the images yourself — at a drugstore, through an online print lab, or anywhere else. You don’t need to come back to me to order prints, and there’s no markup on printing. The only thing a print release doesn’t cover is commercial use (advertising, selling products). For personal use, you’re free to do whatever you want with the images.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor sessions, I monitor the forecast closely. If rain is likely, I’ll reach out the day before to discuss options — reschedule, push the time, or find a covered location. I don’t charge for weather reschedules. Indoor sports portrait sessions aren’t affected by weather at all.
